REPEAL, SAVING, SEVERABILITY
Sections:
14.15.010 Repeal.
The following ordinances and Oak Harbor Municipal Code sections1 are repealed:
14.04.010, 14.04.020, 14.04.030, 14.04.040, 14.04.050, 14.04.060, 14.04.070, 14.04.080, 14.04.090, 14.04.100, 14.04.110, 14.04.120, 14.04.130, 14.08.010, 14.08.020, 14.08.030, 14.08.040, 14.08.060, 14.08.061, 14.08.061 (effective December 15, 1995), 14.08.062, 14.08.070, 14.08.080, 14.08.100, 14.08.105, 14.08.110, 14.08.120, 14.08.121 and 14.16.020.

14.15.020 Savings.
The ordinances and code sections repealed by OHMC 14.15.010 are repealed except with respect to rights and duties which matured, penalties and liabilities which were incurred, and proceedings which were begun before the effective date of this ordinance. (Ord. 1004, 1995).
14.15.030 Severability.
If any provision of this title or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the title or the application of the provision to other persons or circumstances is not affected. (Ord. 1004, 1995).
14.15.040 Effective date.
The ordinance codified in this title (Ord. 1004) shall be in full force and effect May 29, 1995. (Ord. 1004, 1995).
