EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES FUND

3.28.030 Closure upon termination of excess tax.
3.28.010 Established.
There is established an emergency medical services fund to be used for ambulance and other emergency medical services purposes only. [Ord. 641 §1, 1993].
3.28.020 Purpose.
The primary purpose of these funds shall be to provide a means by which a separate accounting may be made for receipt and expenditure of the emergency medical services excess property tax levy moneys. [Ord. 641 §2, 1993].
3.28.030 Closure upon termination of excess tax.
The emergency medical services fund shall effectively be closed upon termination of the emergency medical services excess property tax levy and final expenditure of all moneys received. [Ord. 641 §3, 1993].
