STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS FOR MUNICIPAL PUBLIC WORKS CONSTRUCTION

15.12.010 Adopted.
A. The latest edition of the Standard Specifications for Municipal Public Works Construction, prepared by the Washington State Chapter of the American Public Works Association, published by the Washington State Highway Commission, and any amendments or new additions thereof, are adopted by reference.
B. Where reference is made to “engineer” therein, such reference shall be to the city superintendent of the city of Prosser. (Ord. 3062 § 1 (part), 2018; Ord. 958 § 1, 1975).
