Title 66, Revised Code of Washington, is hereby adopted by reference except in respect of the imposition of penalties of the violation thereof, which penalties shall be commensurate with penalties permitted of imposition by cities of the fourth class. (Ord 383 §2, 1967)
5.20.020 Control board regulations adopted.
The rules and regulations of the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board are likewise hereby adopted by reference. (Ord 19-527 §11; Ord 383 §3, 1967)
5.20.030 Amendments adopted by reference.
All amendments to Title 66, Revised Code of Washington, and all amendments, changes, and additions to the rules and regulations of the Washington State Liquor Control Board as from time to time promulgated and adopted are likewise hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein as though fully herein set forth from time to time as the case may be.
