16.28.010 Schedule of charges.
Additional and supplementary fire protection may a furnished to private property by the fire apparatus and personnel of the City of the following schedule of charges:
1. On property situated within the corporate limits of the City the sum of five dollars per month per fire hydrant.
2. On property situated without the corporate limits of the City the sum of seven dollars and fifty cents per month per fire hydrant. (Ord 293 §1, 1957)
16.28.020 Contract.
The furnishing of the additional and supplemental fire protection to private property shall be by contract made between the owner of the property and the City, the contract to be in such a manner and form as the City may from time to time provide. (Ord 293 §2, 1957)
