DOMESTIC FOWL AT LARGE

6.12.010 Fowl running at large prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to allow any chickens or other domestic fowl owned by or in charge of him, to run at large within the town limits. (Ord. 290 § 1, 1913)

6.12.020 Running at large defined.

Any chicken or other domestic fowl which shall be found off of the premises, owned, leased or rented or occupied by the owner of such chickens or other domes tic fowl, and not actually being carried from one place to another, shall be deemed to be running at large within the meaning of Section 6.12.010. (Ord. 290 § 2, 1913)
