STATE BUILDING CODE
Sections:
14.02.010 Adopted.
Except as amended by this title, the following codes, published by the International Code Council, as now and hereafter amended by the state of Washington and the Washington State Building Code Council pursuant to RCW 19.27.031, are hereby adopted by reference:
1. The International Building Code published by the International Code Council, Inc. (IBC), as contained in Chapter 51.50 WAC;
2. The International Residential Code published by the International Code Council, Inc. (IRC), as contained in Chapter 51.51 WAC;
3. The International Mechanical Code published by the International Code Council, Inc. (IMC), as contained in Chapter 51.52 WAC;
4. The International Property Maintenance Code published by the International Code Council, Inc. (IPMC);

14.02.030 Penalty.
Violation of a provision of this chapter is a misdemeanor, and each day during which such violation is continued or committed constitutes a separate offense. Conviction of a violation shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars or by imprisonment for not more than ninety days in the county jail, or both. (Ord. 725 § 3, 1975)
