ICC PERFORMANCE CODE FOR BUILDINGS AND FACILITIES

14.03.010 Adopted.
There is adopted and by this reference made a part of this chapter as though fully set forth herein, at length, that certain code known as the International Code Council Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities, published by the International Code Council, as now and hereafter amended, as the performance code for the city of Sumas, regulating and governing the performance-based design, construction, and quality of materials. 14.03.020 Violation deemed misdemeanor.
Any violation of the provisions of the International Code Council Performance Code for Buildings and Facilities as herein adopted is a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1413 § 2 (part), 2005)
