14.14.010 Adopted.

There has been adopted by the city of Sumas that certain code known as the International Property Maintenance Code, as now and hereafter amended, published by the International Code Council. (Ord. 1713 § 9, 2017: Ord. 1597 § 5, 2012: Ord. 1413 § 15 (part), 2005)

14.14.020 Violations deemed misdemeanor.

Any violations of the provisions of the International Property Maintenance Code as herein adopted constitute a misdemeanor. (Ord. 1413 § 15 (part), 2005)
