MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOME INSTALLATION PERMITS

14.36.010 Permit—Required when.

The owner or the installer of a mobile or manufactured home must obtain an installation permit from the city clerk before the installation of a mobile or manufactured home that will be used as a residence on a building site will be allowed. (Ord. 1478 § 1 (part), 2007: Ord. 924 § 1, 1986)

14.36.020 Permit—Prerequisite to delivery of mobile/manufactured home.

The applicant shall include with the application for the permit the permit fee, as set in the schedule in Section 14.36.030. A dealer may not deliver a mobile or manufactured home until it has verified that the owner or the installer has obtained an installation permit for the home. 14.36.030 Permit—Fee.

The fee for each permit shall be as follows:

(1)    Six hundred and eighty-four dollars for a double-wide mobile or manufactured home;

(2)    Nine hundred dollars for a triple-wide mobile or manufactured home. (Ord. 1478 § 1 (part), 2007: Ord. 924§ 3, 1986)
