The “Washington Model Traffic Ordinance,” as set forth in Chapter 308-330 WAC, as presently constituted or hereinafter amended, is hereby adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the City of University Place, as set forth in full.

A copy of the provisions of Chapter 308-330 WAC, containing the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance as adopted by reference pursuant to UPMC 10.55.010, shall be on file in the office of the City Clerk.
