OFFICES OF CLERK AND TREASURER COMBINED

2.08.010 Powers and duties.
The office of town treasurer shall be abolished in accordance with RCW 35.27.180, and the town clerk shall exercise all powers and perform the duties required by statute or ordinance to be performed by the office of treasurer. (Ord. 41-B §l, 1973)
2.08.020 Compensation.
Compensation of the clerk-treasurer shall be fixed from time to time by resolution of the council. (Ord. 41-B §2, 1973)
