OFFENSES AGAINST PUBLIC PEACE

9.08.010 Disturbing the peace.

No person shall within the corporate limits of the town disturb the peace of another by loud and boisterous language, cursing, swearing, hooting, yelling, threatening, using profane or indecent language, calculated to anger or insult another.  (Ord. A-23 §1, 1894)

9.08.020 Unlawful assemblage.

It is unlawful for any number of persons to assemble together in the town for the purpose of injuring, abusing or insulting any other person, or for the purpose of rioting, or committing any unlawful act.  (Ord. A-23 §2, 1894)

9.08.040 Violation--Penalty.

Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in accordance with state law.  (Ord. 376 §11, 2001:  Ord. 367 §16, 2001:  Ord. A-23 §4, 1894)
