12.15.020 Purpose.
This chapter is adopted to implement Chapter 47.50 RCW, for the regulation and control of vehicular access and connection points of ingress to, and egress from the state highways within the incorporated limits of the town of Wilbur. (Ord. 466 §3, 2007)
12.15.030 Adoption by reference.
Pursuant to the requirements and authority of Chapter 47.50 RCW, there is hereby adopted by reference the provisions of Chapters 468-51 and 468-52 WAC, together with all future amendments, in order to implement the requirements of Chapter 47.50 RCW. (Ord. 466 §4, 2007)
12.15.040 Nonliability.
Nothing contained in this chapter is intended to be, construed to create or form the basis for any liability on the part of the town authority, or their respective officers, employees or agents, for any injury or damage resulting from the failure of any person to comply with the terms of this chapter, or by reason or in consequence of any omission in connection with the implementation or enforcement of this chapter on the part of the town and its officers, employees or agents.
