BRIDGES AND FOOTPATHS ACROSS WILBUR CREEK

No person or persons shall within the corporate limits of the town construct or maintain across the waters of Wilbur Creek any fence, bridge, footwalk or other structure without first having made a written application to the town council for and received from the town council a permit for the construction or maintenance of such fence, bridge, footwalk or other structure. 12.24.020 Placing material across creek--Permit required.
No person or persons shall within the corporate limits of the town place across the waters of Wilbur Creek any boards, poles, logs or other material without first having obtained a permit therefor in the manner and as required by Section 12.24.010 of this chapter. (Ord. A-28 §2, 1894)
12.24.030 Construction--Council supervision required.
All fences, bridges, footwalks or other structures built or maintained across the waters of Wilbur Creek in the corporate limits of the town, as provided for in this chapter, shall be built and maintained under the directions and direct supervision of the town council of the town. (Ord. A-28 §3, 1894)
12.24.040 Violation--Penalty.
Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a civil infraction and shall be punishable by a fine as set forth in Section 1.08.030. (Ord. 376 §21, 2001: Ord. 367 §28, 2001: Ord. A-28 §4, 1894)
