BINDING SITE PLANS

RCW Chapter 58.17 allows certain divisions of land by use of a binding site plan, provided there are local regulations that govern. Those regulations are found in Chapter 16.04, a separate ordinance entitled the “Wilbur manufactured (mobile) home park and recreational vehicle park ordinance.” (Ord. 134-B §4.301, 1982)
