OBSTRUCTING STREETS, ALLEYS, WATER METERS, OR WATER CONNECTIONS

9.45.010 Dumping garbage in street unlawful.
It is unlawful for any firm, corporation, or person to dump garbage or refuse of any kind in the alleys or streets within the Town of Wilkeson. [Ord. 178 § 1, 1979].
9.45.020 Blocking alleys or streets unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to block any alley or street with any kind of matter so that vehicles shall not have free ingress and egress through said alley or street. [Ord. 178 § 2, 1979].
9.45.030 Blocking water meters unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to cover up in any manner whatsoever at any time any water meter or water connection within the Town so that the same may not be easily read and easily reached. [Ord. 178 § 3, 1979].
9.45.040 Violation – Penalty.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) or a jail sentence up to thirty (30) days, or by both said fine and jail sentence. [Ord. 178 § 4, 1979].
