STORMWATER MANAGEMENT FUND

3.108.010 Fund created—Purposes.
There is created a fund to be known as the stormwater management fund. Resources of this fund shall be expended only to pay for planning, maintenance, and operation, and capital improvement and related costs of the city of Yakima urban area stormwater management system. (Ord. 3286 § 1 (part), 1990).
3.108.020 Source of funds.
From time to time, the city council shall budget, appropriate or otherwise authorize the transfer of resources from any available source into such fund. (Ord. 3286 § 1 (part), 1990).
3.108.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures of such fund shall be only for the purposes mentioned in Section 3.108.010. No expenditures shall be made from such fund unless the city council approves such expenditure by passing an ordinance making appropriations within the fund for the purpose for which the expenditure is to be made, or by including an appropriation for such purpose in the budget.
