3.97.010 Fund created—Purposes.
There is created a special fund to be known as the city shops construction fund. The money in the fund shall be used to pay capital expenditures incurred in the construction of a complex of city shops for the city of Yakima. (Ord. 1612 § 1 (part), 1974).
3.97.020 Source of funds.
Money to be deposited in the city shops construction fund shall be derived from allocations and transfers to such fund as the city council may designate from time to time from any legally available source. (Ord. 1612 § 1 (part), 1974).
3.97.030 Expenditures.
Expenditures from the city shops construction fund shall be made only for the purposes specified in Section 3.97.010. No expenditure shall be made from such fund unless the Yakima city council shall approve such expenditure by passing an ordinance appropriating money within the fund for the purpose for which the expenditure is to be made, or by including an appropriation for such purpose in the budget.
