2.32.010 Authority.
The director of the Yakima County emergency services department is authorized and directed to convey title for and on behalf of Yakima County for those items of civil defense personal property which in the director’s discretion should be conveyed from the county to the municipal corporation which provided funds for the acquisition of said personal property.
