2.84.010 Park district No. 1 – Boundaries.

The legal description of the land embraced within park district No. 1, known as Lower Naches Community Park, is as follows:

Beginning at the east quarter corner of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 17, E.W.M.; thence west to the Naches River; thence southeasterly along the Naches River to the east line of Section 9, Township 13 North, Range 18, E.W.M.; thence north to the southeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 13 North, Range 18, E.W.M.; thence west one-quarter mile; thence north one-quarter mile; thence west to the east line of the west half of the west half of the east half of Section 33, Township 14 North, Range 18, E.W.M.; thence north to a point 660 feet north of the east and west centerline of said Section 33; thence west to the north and south centerline of said Section 33; thence northeasterly to a point near the northwest corner of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of said Section 33; thence west to the north and south centerline of Section 28, Township 14 north, Range 18, E.W.M.; thence north two miles to the Selah Valley Canal Extension; thence westerly along said canal to the north line of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 16, Township 14 North, Range 18, E.W.M.; thence west two miles to the west line of Section 18, Township 14 North, Range 18, E.W.M.; thence south three- quarters of a mile to the point of beginning.

The north half of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 17, E.W.M., lying east of the Naches River.

Beginning at the intersection of Naches River and the west line of Section 9, Township 13 North, Range 18, E.W.M.; thence south to southwest corner of said Section 9; thence east along south line of said Section 9 to Cowiche Creek; thence in a northeasterly direction along said Cowiche Creek to its intersection with the said Naches River; thence northwesterly along said Naches River to the point of beginning.

All in Yakima County, Washington.

2.84.020 Naches Park and Recreation District.

The following described territory is organized as the Naches Park and Recreation District, Yakima County, Washington:

Beginning at the northwest corner of Section 31, Township 15 North, Range 17, E.W.M.; thence south one mile to Tieton River Bluffs, which is the northerly boundary line of the Tieton fire protection district; thence easterly following the bluffs until they intersect the north and south centerline of Section 4, Township 14 North, Range 17 E.W.M.; thence south to the north quarter corner of Section 16; thence east to the northeast corner of Section 16; thence southeasterly along the edge of the bluffs to the southeast corner of Section 15; thence south to the west quarter corner of Section 23; thence east two miles to the east quarter corner of Section 24, Township 14 North, Range 17 E.W.M.; thence north one and one-half miles to the northeast corner of Section 13; thence west one-half mile to the south quarter corner of Section 12; thence north one mile to the north quarter corner of Section 12; thence west one-half mile to the southeast corner of Section 2; thence north one-half mile to the east quarter corner of Section 2; thence west one-half mile to the north quarter corner of Section 2; thence west one-half mile to the southeast corner of Section 32, Township 15 North, Range 17 E.W.M.; thence north one-half mile to the east quarter corner of Section 34; thence west two and one-half miles to the center of Section 32; thence north one-half mile to the north quarter corner of Section 32; thence west one and one-half miles to the northwest corner of Section 31, Township 15 North, Range 17 E.W.M., to the aforesaid point of beginning,

And Sections 35 and 36, Township 15 North, Range 16 E.W.M. except the south one-half of the south one-half of Section 36.

All of the above described property being situated in Yakima County, Washington.
