EMERGENCY/DISASTER FUND

3.88.010 Fund created.
There is created within the city budget a fund to be known as the emergency/disaster fund (fund No. 106). (Ord. 480 § 1, 1993).
3.88.020 Use of funds.
Moneys contained in the emergency/disaster fund (fund No. 106) may be used only for payment of expenses due to the occurrence of an emergency and/or disaster in the city or as called upon to assist other jurisdictions. (Ord. 480 § 2, 1993).
