5.14.010 Cigarette, electronic vaping devices, and tobacco products retailer license required.

Section 134.65, Wisconsin Statutes, as it may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this section as if fully set forth herein. The annual license fee and background check fee shall be as specified in the City of Brookfield Fee Schedule. 5.14.020 Restrictions on sale or gift of cigarettes or nicotine or tobacco products.

Pursuant to Section 134.66(5), Wisconsin Statutes, Section 134.66, Wisconsin Statutes, as it may be amended from time to time, is hereby adopted by reference and made part of this section as if fully set forth herein. (Ord. 2552-19 § 2, 2019)

5.14.030 Penalty for violation of this chapter.

Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who violates any part of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty and enforcement provisions in Chapter 1.12. (Ord. 2552-19 § 46, 2019)
