5.20.010 Conditions of operations.
Operators of rummage, garage or occasional sales are limited to a total of three in a calendar year. Length of the sale is not to exceed three days. (Ord. 2181-09 § 1 (part), 2009: prior code § 9.33(1))
5.20.020 Exemptions.
Organizations deemed to be tax exempt under the Internal Revenue Code are not subject to the foregoing provision, except when sales are held on residential property. (Ord. 2181-09 § 1 (part), 2009: prior code § 9.33(2))

5.20.040 Penalty for violation of this chapter.
Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who violates any part of this chapter shall be subject to the penalty and enforcement provisions in Chapter 1.12. (Ord. 2552-19 § 15, 2019)
