AIRCRAFT LANDING AND TAKEOFF

It is unlawful for any person to land upon or take off in a fixed-wing aircraft including all types of hang gliders and ultra light aircraft from those lands and beaches lying west of the Homer Spit Road from its southern terminus to the base of the Beluga Slough outlet. [Ord. 84-11(S) § 1, 1984].
5.34.020 Seasonal application.
This chapter shall be in effect from May through September of each year. [Ord. 84-11(S) § 1, 1984].
5.34.030 Penalty.
The violation of any provision contained in this chapter shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $300.00 and/or impoundment of the violator’s aircraft. [Ord. 84-11(S) § 1, 1984].
