“Lot line adjustment” refers to a process to realign the property lines between four or fewer legal lots where land is taken from a parcel and added to an adjoining parcel and no new lots are created. (Ord. 1014 § 1 (part), 2017)

16.08.110 Subdivision, major division and minor division defined. Revised 3/18

“Subdivision” is defined in Government Code Section 66424, which is incorporated by reference. “Major division” means a division or proposed division of a parcel into five or more parcels. “Minor division” means a division or proposed division of a parcel into two, three or four parcels. Designated remainder parcels, as defined by Government Code Section 66424.6, shall not be included in the computation of the number of lots for major or minor divisions.
