The Clerk shall prepare proper forms for all licenses issued under and by virtue of this chapter, for such terms as are herein authorized. (Ord. 80 § 1, 1930)
2.32.030 Record of licenses.
The Clerk shall maintain a record of licenses issued, the amounts paid therefor, and their remittance to the City Treasurer. (Ord. CCO-96-07 § 18, 1996; Ord. 80 § 3, 1930)
2.32.040 Signatures and seal.
Licenses shall be signed by the City Clerk or a deputy, and bear the seal of the City; provided, however, that a facsimile of either or both of these may be used. (Ord. CCO-96-07 § 19, 1996; Ord. 80 § 4, 1930)
2.32.050 License fees to be paid to General Fund.
The City Clerk shall remit to the City Treasurer all license fees collected, for deposit to the General Fund of the City. (Ord. CCO-96-07 § 20, 1996; Ord. 80 § 5, 1930)
