PUBLIC EMPLOYEES’ RETIREMENT SYSTEM CONTRACT

2.40.020 Execution of contract.
2.40.010 Authorization.
A contract is hereby authorized between the City and the California Public Employees’ Retirement System. (Ord. CCO-96-07 § 22, 1996; Ord. 289 § 1, 1970)
2.40.020 Execution of contract.
The Mayor of the City Council is authorized, empowered and directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of said agency. (Ord. 289 § 2, 1970)
2.40.030 Amendment.
(A) Amendments to the contract between the City and the California Public Employees’ Retirement System are authorized.
(B) The Mayor of the City of Mt. Shasta is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of said agency. (Ord. CCO-96-07 § 23, 1996; Ord. 397 §§ 1, 2, 1982)
