16.04.010 Code adoption.
The City of Mt. Shasta does hereby adopt that part of the Health and Safety Code of the State of California relating to mobile homes and mobile home parks commencing with Cal. Health and Safety Code Division 13, § 18000 as regulations for mobile home parks in the City of Mt. Shasta; the rules and regulations for electrical standards in trailer parks, Cal. Code Regs. Title 8, Chapter 9, Article 5; the rules and regulations for structures in trailer parks, Cal. Code Regs. Title 8, Chapter 9, Article 4; and the rules and regulations for independent trailer coaches, Cal. Code Regs. Title 8, Chapter 9, Article 3 as now set forth and as hereafter amended are hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof as if fully set forth herein, providing that if any provisions of this title are more restrictive than those provided in the codes adopted by reference, the provisions of this title shall prevail. 16.04.020 Enforcement agency.
Pursuant to Cal. Health and Safety Code Division 13, Part 2, § 18010, the City of Mt. Shasta hereby declares its intent to be the enforcement agency. (Ord. 244 § 2, 1965)
