14.65.010 Appeals.
Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board of trustees may appeal to the board of adjustment. In the case of alleged violation of a nonemergency nature, the action being appealed shall be held in abeyance pending the decision of the board of adjustment. [Amended during 2011 recodification.
