10.10.010 Use of vehicles on private property.
No person shall ride or operate a vehicle of transportation, automobile, motorcycle, skateboard, go-cart, bicycle, horse, or any other vehicle, either motorized or nonmotorized, upon the property of another without written consent of the property owner upon his person. This section shall not prohibit persons from operating motorized vehicles of transportation and bicycles in a legal manner upon property that is normally open to the public for ingress and egress. 10.10.020 Violation—Penalty.
Violation of BGMC 10.10.010 is a Class B misdemeanor. (Ord. 453 § 36, 1982)
