10.20.010 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to implement Chapter 46.09 RCW regarding use of off-road and wheeled all-terrain vehicles on county roads. (Ord. TLS 14-02-13B Exh. A (part))
10.20.020 Definitions.
The definitions contained in Chapters 46.04 and 46.09 RCW are adopted by reference and shall apply to this chapter. (Ord. TLS 14-02-13B Exh. A (part))
10.20.030 Operation of off-road vehicles prohibited—Exceptions.
In accordance with Chapter 46.09 RCW, off-road vehicles may be operated on any county road within Douglas County designated by the board as a primitive road, except the following primitive roads:

10.20.040 Operation of wheeled all-terrain vehicles prohibited—Exceptions.
In accordance with Chapter 46.09 RCW, wheeled all-terrain vehicles may be operated on any county road within Douglas County having a speed limit of thirty-five mph or less, except within the following county roads and segments of county roads:

10.20.090 Compliance with Chapter 46.09 RCW required.
Off-road vehicles and wheeled all-terrain vehicles may only be operated on designated county roads in strict compliance with the provisions and requirements of Chapter 46.09 RCW. (Ord. TLS 14-02-13B Exh. A (part))
10.20.110 Severability.
In the event that any provision of the ordinance codified in this chapter is held to be invalid, the remainder of this chapter or the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected and shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law.
