PUBLIC CARD ROOMS

9.12.010 Prohibited.
The board of county commissioners deems it to be in the public’s interest and necessary for the public’s health, safety and welfare to prohibit “public card rooms” as defined by WAC 230-02-410, within the unincorporated areas of Skamania County, except within establishments authorized by the Washington State Gambling Commission to sell pull tabs.
