9.68.010 MTO adopted—Deleted sections.

(a) The Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, Chapter 308-330 WAC, is adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the city as if set forth in full.

(b) The following sections of the MTO are not adopted by reference and are expressly deleted:

WAC 308-330-500 through 308-330-540; RCW 46.12.010, 46.12.070, 46.16.135, 46.16.505, 46.20.031, 46.20.041, 46.20.391, 46.37.351, 46.37.365, 46.37.425, 46.37.590, 46.44.090 through 46.44.120, and 46.48.170. (Ord. 1121 §§ 1, 2, 1994)
