2.60.010 Use--Generally.

The provisions set out in this chapter shall govern the use of the Wilbur cemetery.  (Ord. 354 §1, 2000:  Ord. A-210 §1(part), 1949)

2.60.020 Determination of rules and regulations.

The rules and regulations governing the use of the Wilbur cemetery shall be determined by the town council and shall be on file with the town clerk.  (Ord. A-210 §1(a), 1949)

2.60.030 Authority to adopt or amend rules.

The town may and does reserve the right, at any time or times, to adopt new rules and regulations or to amend, alter, cancel or repeal any rule, regulations or article, paragraph, section or sentence in its rules and regulations governing the use of the Wilbur cemetery.  (Ord. A-210 §1(b), 1949)

2.60.040 Application for purchase of lots.

Application for the purchase of lots shall be made to the town clerk.  (Ord. A-210 §1(c), 1949)

2.60.050 Determination of prices and fees.

The price of lots, interment and all other fees shall be determined by the town council and shall be payable in advance.  These fees may be changed without notice, and shall be on file with the town clerk.  (Ord. A-210 §1(d), 1949)

2.60.060 Books and records.

The town clerk shall be responsible for all books and records pertaining to the Wilbur cemetery.  (Ord. A-210 §1(e), 1949)

2.60.070 Hours.

The Wilbur cemetery will be closed from one-half hour after sunset until seven-thirty a.m.  Anyone who enters or remains on the cemetery premises during such hours shall be subject to a fine of two hundred fifty dollars.  (Ord. 354 §2, 2000)
