18.04.010 Purpose.

The purpose of this title is to promote the growth of the City in an orderly manner and to promote and protect the public health, safety, peace, comfort and general welfare. (Ord. 977 § 1 Ex. A (part), 1981)

18.04.020 Master plan.

The Zoning Plan effectuated by this title implements the General Plan and regulates land use within the City and certain unincorporated areas that may be prezoned pursuant to the California Government Code, Chapter 65859. (Ord. 977 § 1 Ex. A (part), 1981)

18.04.030 Building restrictions.

No building or structure shall be erected, reconstructed or structurally altered in any manner, nor shall any building or land be used for any purpose other than as permitted by and in conformance with this title and all other ordinances, laws and maps referred to herein. 18.04.040 Applicability.

The provisions of this title shall apply to all persons, the City, and all other governmental agencies. (Ord. 977 § 1 Ex. A (part), 1981)
