17.210.010 General provisions.

Sites are designated by the Coos Bay estuary management plan for the eventual disposal of dredged material. These sites are to be managed to prevent uses and activities from preempting the ultimate disposal of material. Use of these sites shall conform to the policies and procedures of the Coos Bay estuary management plan. [Ord. 93 § 3.17, 1987].
